Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) spot prices witness a hike in Europe
This week, LDPE spot prices rose in the European region.
An industry source in Europe informed a Polymerupdate team member, “European LDPE spot prices trended higher in alignment with constrained material avails on account of limited import offers from overseas suppliers coupled with reduced operational rates at production facilities in the region. An uptick was reported in spot market prices with short-term demand turning bullish following a few buyers making purchase transactions to replenish their inventories ahead of September. Meanwhile, the overall demand sentiment remained bearish.”
