PVC is the third-most widely produced synthetic plastic polymer. It is mainly used in construction, automotive, and medical industries. Many of the products that we use in everyday life like electrical cables, luggage, sports equipment, footwear, tablecloths, stationery are made from PVC. There are two major grades of PVC: Suspension & Emulsion PVC grades are used in agriculture(rigid pipes and fittings, flexible tubes, hoses); building and construction(doors, windows, partitions / floor / wall coverings); packaging(bottles and containers, blister packaging); electrical and electronics(wires, cables, electrical conduits); health care (blood bags, tubing, heart catheters, IV fluid bags); and consumer goods(toys, sports goods and footwear).
