Orion Engineered Carbons S.A., a specialty chemical company, announced that its board of directors has declared an interim dividend to be paid in the fourth quarter of 2022 of $0.0207 per common share of the company, which is equivalent to the aggregate amount of approximately $1.25 million based on the number of common shares currently outstanding.
